Read Hebrews 3:1-6
"Jesus has been found worthy of greater honor than Moses, just as the builder of a house has
greater honor than the house itself" (Hebrews 3:3).
What Does This Scripture Mean for Us?
The Old Testament is a treasure trove of information about our relationship with God.
But the Old Testament "Law of Moses," all the detailed rules and regulations God set up for
his chosen nation, Israel, are NOT where we are to look for daily guidance about our walk with God today.
That source of daily guidance today would be Jesus -- the Living Word, the One who has "superseded" Moses and the Law. He is our source of grace, joy, faith, and love. Look to him
above all else today!
